College of Veterinary Medicine Holds Seminar Sessions for Postgraduate Students in Preparation for Master’s Thesis Defenses

The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Tikrit organized seminar sessions for postgraduate (Master’s) students in the specializations of Microbiology, Histology, and Veterinary Pharmacology, as part of the scientific and academic requirements aimed at monitoring students’ progress in their research projects.

During the seminars, students presented and discussed the results of their research theses before the relevant scientific committees, each according to their specialization. The sessions included presentations of the research methodology, analysis of results, and discussion of scientific remarks, in preparation for completing the requirements for thesis submission and scheduling the final defense dates at a later time.

The seminars were held in Dr. Muhannad Maher Hall at the College, in the presence of members of the scientific committees and a number of faculty members, who provided valuable academic feedback and guidance. This contributed to enhancing the research level of postgraduate students and improving the quality of scientific outputs.

These seminars come within the College of Veterinary Medicine’s commitment to applying rigorous academic standards, supporting scientific research, and preparing its students to achieve a high level of academic and research performance in service of the specialization and the community.
